Returns and Refunds

Dainty Time offers hassle-free returns on all orders—no questions asked. We stand by the quality of our watches and are confident that you’ll love them. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept your return for a full refund. Customers must pay for their return label and postage costs, as this cannot be covered by us at this time.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via our Free International Shipping option which usually takes between 7-14 days, wherever you are located!

Once the item is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility, therefore if any damages are reported, please get in touch with us so we can advise you on steps to take.

 

Wear and Care

Your watch shouldn't be put in contact with chemicals (perfume, hair spray, chlorine, detergents, creams, etc.), direct sunlight or objects that may damage or cause scratches.

To clean your watch, we advice the use of a soft cloth with gentle rubbing. Please be aware that any vigorous scrubbing might be harmful for plated items. 

All our watches are checked for operation and timekeeping before sale.
